I have been carless for a few months now which is...not so much fun. And there is nothing to break out of that drag state than some shiny new wheels.
Yesterday Douglas and I went car shopping and spent 10 hours (ugh!) at the dealership. They didn't have the car that I wanted in stock so they had to go pick it up from another dealership. But I was able to get exactly what I wanted (minus the spoiler which is factory installed only at the moment) so it was worth the wait.

My Versa is equipped with a fancy pants key less entry system and key less ignition. All I have to do is have the intelligent key on my person and with a push of a button on my door handle, I can unlock and open my car. Also there is no need to put the key into the ignition to start the car. As long as I have the intelligent key somewhere around me, I can start the car. But just in case the batteries die on the intelligent key, there is also a pop out key that can be inserted into the ignition.

| My fancy pants car is also tricked out with audio controls on the steering wheel. It has a CD player than can play MP3 cds and also a iPod in dash hookup. The stereo interface is a little weak, but that can be dealt with later, and everything is backlit orange, which is kinda weird, but better than red. I would prefer blue, but what can ya do. It also has bluetooth for your handsfree phone needs. |
| It has a 6-speed manual transmission so that I can drive and shift really fast. yays! I also upgraded the security package (because I got a smoking hawt deal on it) so it will make lots of noise at you and call the police if someone tries to steal it. ...So yeah, needless to say, I am a very happy girl! ^_^ And now I am off to go play!
