The Best Shopping Day Ever!

Jon and I are going on a Mexican cruise next week and so this means that I need a new swimsuit for the trip. Ugh! Swimming suit shopping is never a good day. In fact, it is a nightmare, especially if you are not rocking the body of a stick figure. ^_~

So I called my girlfriend Etch to assist me in the dreadful task. I did a bit of browsing online beforehand and psyched myself up for a long, hard, self-esteem killing day of shopping.

You see, the last time Etch and I went went shopping we spent 6 hours shopping and nothing to show for it. So really, shopping karma owed us!

...And karma paid up! We went into ONE store, found some cute suits, and were in and out in a flash! It was amazing! And not only were the suits good, they were fabulous! I have never felt so cute and confident in a swimsuit before. I have to say they are the best suits I have ever had! And as you know...good things come in pairs so Etch got one too! Yays! Matchy-matchy!

Also, another breakthrough in awesomeness is Sunscreen! I finally found a sunscreen I am not allergic to! Dood...after being allergic to sunscreen for the past 20+ years, you have no idea the joy this brings me and the doors it opens up! Living in Arizona and being allergic to sunscreen is hell. I don't have to wear long sleeves and floppy sun hats every time I want to spend time outside anymore! Hooray for Burt's Bees organic awesomeness!
